preparatory industry. Learn the tested system
for preparing a response to any essay question that
may come your way. Our tutors, who include law professors and distinguished attorneys, will analyze your

ABOUT
OUR TUTORS
Every one of our tutors is not only a bar exam expert, but also a successful attorney with years of experience. Our tutors include law professors and distinguished attorneys. That is why AmeriBar is the most respected name for bar exam tutoring. When
selecting a tutor, be sure to ask about specific
qualifications. Make sure you do not pick someone
who entered the bar exam industry because they were
unsuccessful in the legal practice world!
The Executive Director of the tutoring program is Mr. Alexander S. Nakis. Mr. Nakis
is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School, where he was
President of the Moot Court team. When he
graduated from Notre Dame, Mr. Nakis practiced law as a
commercial litigator in the New York City office of
Dewey Ballantine LLP. At Dewey Ballantine, Mr.
Nakis was involved in representing several
multi-national clients including Credit Agricole
Indosuez, Mutual of New York, and many more. He
was involved in multi-million dollar litigation
including the settlement of an approximately $280
million dispute. In
2001, Mr. Nakis left Dewey Ballantine and began
practicing law at Gray, Harris, & Robinson in
Tallahassee, Florida. Mr. Nakis
represented the Florida House of Representatives in the
2002 redistricting litigation and the Florida Municipal
Insurance Trust in multi-million dollar commercial
litigation.
