The Florida bar exam consists of two parts - Part A and Part
B. Part A is the "Florida Day" and usually consists of
three essay questions and 100 multiple-choice questions.
Part B is the Multistate Bar Examination.
Florida Bar Exam Part A SubjectsThe
following subjects may be tested on Part A of the Florida
Bar Exam:

Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure,
and Judicial Administration*

Florida Constitutional Law;

Federal Constitutional Law;

Business Entities;
-
Wills and Administration of Estates;
-
Trusts;
-
Real Property;
-
Evidence;
-
Torts;
-
Criminal law, constitutional criminal procedure, and
juvenile delinquency;
-
Contracts;
-
Articles 3 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code;
-
Family law and dependency;
-
Chapter 4, Rules of Professional Conduct of the Rules
Regulating The Florida Bar;
-
Chapter 5, Rules Regulating Trust Accounts of the Rules
Regulating The Florida Bar; and
-
Professionalism.

Must be tested as one of 6 one-hour segments
