Florida Bar Exam New Subjects Outline Book

Beginning with the February 2013 Florida Bar Exam, the Florida bar examiners added additional subjects to the scope of testing on the Florida Bar Exam. The following subjects were added:

Dependency
Delinquency
Professionalism
Article 3 of the Uniform Commercial Code
Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code

This book contains thorough outlines for all new testable subjects. This book does not contain outlines for all of the subjects tested on the Florida bar exam. It only covers the new testable subjects. The book is designed for students who already possess study materials for the subjects tested on the exam prior to February 2013.
