The MBE and Florida sections are weighted equally
on the Florida Bar Exam.
In order to pass the Florida Bar Exam, an applicant
must attain a combined weighted score of 136. If an
applicant passes one portion of the Florida Bar
Exam, the applicant may, for a limited time, take
only the portion of the exam that was not
successfully passed. If the applicant passes
the other section (the section not originally
passed), then the applicant will be deemed to have
passed the Florida Bar Exam.
