South Dakota Bar Exam Format

The South Dakota Bar Exam lasts two days. On day one, two Multistate Performance Test (MPT) questions, one Indian Law question, and five Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) questions are administered. South Dakota Bar Exam - MPRE Requirements

In addition to successfully passing the South Dakota Bar Exam, applicants must attain a score of 75 on the MPRE. South Dakota will accept prior MPRE scores if taken within prior 25 months and the applicant was admitted in jurisdiction.
