Nebraska Bar Exam Format

Nebraska has adopted the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE).  The Nebraska bar exam lasts 2 days.  On the first day, the Multistate Essay Exam (MEE) is given. The Multistate Performance Test (MPT) is also given on the first day.  On the second day, the Multistate Bar Exam is administered.  AmeriBar offers a complete Nebraska Bar Review Course for the Nebraska Bar Exam.  AmeriBar also offers several Nebraska Bar Review Courses to choose from.

Nebraska Bar Exam Scoring Information

In order to pass the Nebraska bar exam, an examinee must achieve a combined score of 135.

Nebraska Bar Exam - MPRE Requirements
Nebraska requires an MPRE score of 85 or higher.  AmeriBar offers a Free MPRE Course.

None.  All examinees sitting for the Nebraska Bar Exam must take the MBE in Nebraska.
