Delaware Bar Exam Format

The exam is administered over two and one half days. The essay portion of the exam will be administered on day 1 and consists of 8 essay questions. On the morning of day 2, 2 MPT questions are administered. On day 3, the Multistate Bar Exam is administered. Delaware Bar Exam Scoring Information

A combined weighted score of 145 (out of a possible 200 points) is required to pass. The scaled written score counts for 60% and the scaled MBE score counts for 40%.

Delaware Bar Exam - MPRE Requirements

In addition to successfully passing the Delaware Bar Exam, an applicant must attain a scaled score of 85 on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam. Click here for more information about AmeriBar's Free Online MPRE Review Course.
